- Cancellation at any time for unforeseeable, external and justified reasons (illness, accident, etc.)

- Object forgotten in the rented property
- Unavailability of the rented property
- Replacement of keys following loss or theft.
- Loss, theft or damage to luggage (during the journey, for example)
- Replacement of the vehicle in the event of breakdown, theft or material accident.

How much does it cost?
The fee is 3.7% of the value of the accommodation booked, or a minimum of €5. The fee is calculated on the value of the accommodation only, not on the total cost of the booking.
How to do?
- Do your availability search
- Find the accommodation that suits you best, for example the Pavillon
- Click on the "Book " button on the line displaying "Insurance available ".
On the page that opens,
- select "Yes, I would like to purchase insurance"; by default, "No" is selected.
- take care to read the information documents and tick the corresponding box
- finalise your booking and voilà!
Please note that:
- you must pay in full at the time of booking in order to take out travel insurance
- you can only take out travel insurance at the time of booking
